Arrival to Camp

On arrival please follow the sign posts across the field to the arrival area. You will be greeted by one of the admin team to sign the wavier and T&Cs disclaimer. Once you have signed the document(s) you will be told where where your pitch is and pointed to the camping area drop off area.

Once you have dropped off your camping gear, you are to make your way to the parking area. Vehicles are not to be driven across the field for any reason other than collection of your camping gear when you are ready to leave. The parking area is next to the field entrance/exit, so you can of course leave site for whatever reason.

Vehicle hazard lights are to be on at all times when driving on site and site speed is max 5MPH

By Train

Please send @ChipPup your time of arrival so we can arrange to pick you up. Pick ups will be on the every hour, if you would prefer not to wait, there are taxis at the station.

Pitch Allocation

Tent pitches are given in order of arrival – if you want to be next to another tent, you need to arrive at the same time or you can wait until the others arrive to go down to the area together. There will not be any pitch saving.

Site Facilities

Further info about the facilities on site will be explained in the meet and greet on Friday – if you haven’t joined us at camp by that point, feel free to ask an admin when you do.

Late Arrivals

If you are going to be arriving after 8pm, please message one of the admins on Paws Telegram chat to make sure they can meet you at the gate.
